Matrix Sea Foods India Limited (“Matrix Sea Foods India Limited” / “we” / “us” / “our”/ “Company) is a public Limited Company incorporated in India, and is engaged in the business of providing aquaculture solutions aimed at enhancing the quality and productivity of shrimp ponds (“Services”) rendered through its mobile and web-based application that is made available to its users (“you” / “your” / “user”). Such application is individually and collectively hereinafter referred to as “Platform”.

This Privacy Policy, will be amended from time to time (“Policy”) and all such amendments forms part and parcel of the Platform’s integral terms and conditions by this reference. This Policy governs the collection, usage, sharing practices and protection of the information obtained through the use of our Platform.

APPLICABILITY

This Policy applies solely to our Platform and does not extend to the websites of our business partners, corporate affiliates, or any other third parties. Even if third parties websites are linked to our Platform, we strongly encourage you to review the privacy statements of such websites you visit or interact with to understand how they handle your information.

Such withdrawal of the consent must be communicated in writing to us at hello@matrixseafoods.in However, we reserve the right to restrict further access to the Platform and/or provide any Services to you upon such withdrawal of consent.

HOW IS THE INFORMATION COLLECTED?

We may collect the Information either actively (as mentioned above) or passively.

To improve the responsiveness of the Platform, certain Information can be passively collected using various technologies and means, such as Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, cookies, and navigational data collection.

As mentioned above, Platform uses Internet Protocol (IP) addresses. We acknowledge that the current operations are within India and has plans for future global expansion. Therefore, this Policy may be amended from time to time to include compliance with additional Applicable Laws and Regulations as required when expanding into international markets.

DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION

Third Party: We do not share your Information with any third parties other than its affiliates, third party service providers or other trusted persons or business who may be situated within or outside India pursuant to a lawful contract, in adherence to this Policy and applicable laws. At the same time, we do not engage in the sale of any Information.

We do not provide any express or implied warranties, claims, promises, or guarantees regarding the accuracy, adequacy, or completeness of the contents available through our Platform. We expressly disclaim any liability for errors, actions, or omissions in the content provided through us.

Any references to commercial products, processes, services, or the use of any trade, business, or corporation names on the Platform are provided for informational purposes only. Such references do not imply endorsement. It is a mere recommendation, or preference provided by us and disclaim any claims of ownership or affiliation with such products or brands.

SEVERABILITY

If the Court of law or any other competent authority finds that any part or provision of this Policy to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, such part of the provision to the extent required may deemed to be deleted/ removed and the enforceability of other provisions shall not be affected.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Upon any failure to resolve the dispute by the Grievance/nodal officer appointed for this purpose under this Policy within 30 (thirty) days, the dispute shall be referred to Arbitration in accordance with the provisions of Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. All disputes arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall be referred to and finally settled by arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, presided by a sole arbitrator appointed by the Madras High Court on an application by any of the Party(ies) to this Agreement. Judgment upon the arbitral award may be entered in any Court having jurisdiction over the Parties or their assets. The seat and venue of the arbitration proceedings shall be Hyderabad. The arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in the English language. The award of the Arbitral Tribunal shall be final and binding on the Parties.

NOTIFICATION OF CHANGES IN THE PRIVACY POLICY

We review and updates its Privacy Policy every quarter to ensure the compliance with applicable laws and regulations. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to amend, modify, add, or remove any portion of this Policy, in whole or in part, at any time.
